We do all jewelry repairs on site at our location.
We use laser technology for most jewelry welding applications, which is both stronger and cleaner. The laser provides a stronger weld than traditional torch soldering.
You as a repair customer are dealing with one of the owners and also the people who will be repairing your item.
The owners have a combined total of 65 years of jewelry experience.
What to expect when you bring in your item for repair:
- We will inspect your item with you. Often showing you under a microscope what needs to be done and why.
- Make note on your claim check what is to be done, the cost, and note areas of concern (previous repairs, condition of any gemstone).
- We will give you a time frame of when you can expect the repair to be ready.
